Digital Products

• For digital products, there are no shipping fees. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the necessary download links or access instructions for your digital items.

Physical Items:

• Physical items will be shipped via USPS and shipping rates will be calculated based on the size and weight of the crochet ordered.

• Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• For custom orders: You will receive an invoice once the order is complete, which will include the shipping cost.

• Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Processing Time:

• For pre-made products, please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

• For made-to-order products, processing time may be longer due to factors such as complexity, supply availability, order quantity, and current number of orders already in my queue. If processing will exceed 14 days, I will notify you with an updated timeline.

• For custom orders, processing times are typically longer, as each item is made to order. The exact timeline depends on factors such as supply availability, order complexity, and size. On average, custom orders are completed within 14 to 30 days.

Shipping & Handling Cost (US Only):

• At checkout, you will be charged for shipping and handling, which covers the cost of packaging and delivering your order. Shipping rates are based on packaging materials, destination, and order size.

• All orders are shipped via "Ground Advantage," with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me at kiara@mykohmc.com. I will do my best to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply for faster shipping, and a separate invoice will be sent if necessary.

International Shipping:

• We currently no do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable, so you can track your package's journey.
